Sports Camps and Clinics

This program is uniquely designed for U.S.-based youth sports camp operations (i.e., those attended by campers 19 years of age and younger) or sports clinics held at premises that are not owned or maintained by the sport-camp operator.

Coverage includes important liability protection for the camp or clinic operator, including coverage for employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations. The program also comprises medical payments coverage to the camp or clinic participants. Coverage is provided on an annual basis and applies only to camp sessions that are reported to the Company.

Amateur Teams, Leagues, and Associations

This program is designed for U.S. teams, leagues, clubs, and associations conducting youth or adult amateur sports activities. Coverage provided under this program includes important liability protection for the organization, including coverage for its employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations.

For eligible sports and age groups reported, covered operations consist of Scheduled, sanctioned, approved, organized, and supervised practices, Tryouts, Clinics, Games, Playoffs, Tournaments in which your organization participates or hosts.

Coverage is also provided for Registrations, Meetings, Concession-stand operations, Parades in which your organization participates, Picnics, Award banquets, Ceremonies and incidental fundraising activities involving the sale of products, coupons, raffle tickets, and services (e.g., car washes, bake sales, and coin drops for reported sports and age groups.

Amateur Adult Soccer

This insurance program is uniquely designed for U.S. teams, leagues, clubs, and/or associations conducting amateur adult soccer sports activities. Eighty percent of the total number of participants must be 18 years of age or older, and 100 percent of participants must be at least 16 years of age.

Gymnastics Facilities

The Specialty Insurance Solutions gymnastics program is designed to provide general liability and participant accident insurance coverage to gymnastics facilities that provide gymnastics training and other related activities such as tumbling, “Mommy and Me” groups, cheerleading, dance, aerobics/exercise (no weight lifting), and martial arts. Facilities with trampolines, inflatables, overnight lock-ins, birthday parties, and day camps/competitions are also eligible for this program.

Youth Day Camps
